大城市气象服务发展目标和工作重点分析

随着我国经济的发展和城市化进程的加快,许多城市尤其是大城市经常出现气象灾害或是衍生灾害,这些灾害具有多样性和突发性等特征,会造成很大的经济损失。目前来看虽然我国大城市气象服务已经发展的相对完整,可是不管是在公共气象服务还是在决策气象服务上,都还存在着明显的不足需要提高。文章针对昆明这一城市的气象服务发展目标制定了工作重点,以达到提高城市预防气象灾害能力的目的。

With the development of China's economy and the acceleration of urbanization, many cities, especially mega cities, often suffer meteorological disasters or derivative disasters. These disasters have the characteristics of diversity and suddenness, which will cause great economic losses. At present, the meteorological service in big cities in China has been relatively complete, but in the public meteorological service or in the decision-making meteorological service, there are still obvious deficiencies that need to be improved. Aiming at the development goal of meteorological service in Kunming, this paper formulates the focus of work in order to improve the ability of preventing meteorological disasters in Kunming.
