石油化工码头防雷防静电装置改进方案

摘要 石油化工码头及其仓储设施防雷防静电装置一直作为安全监管的重点,加强防雷防静电装置的维护保养,提高防雷防静电能力,防止和减少雷静电灾害事故的发生,最大限度地消除雷击事故隐患,保障港口设施安全可靠和高效运行极其重要。文章结合工作实际,通过对防雷防静电装置案例分析,排查防雷防静电设施的缺陷,探讨并改进防雷防静电装置防护措施。 The lightning and static protection devices of petrochemical wharves and their storage facilities have always been the focus of safety supervision, strengthening the maintenance of lightning and static protection devices, improving the ability of lightning protection and static electricity protection, and preventing and reducing the occurrence of lightning and static electricity disasters. It is extremely important to eliminate the hidden dangers of lightning accidents to the maximum extent and to ensure the safe, reliable and efficient operation of port facilities. In this paper, combined with the working practice, through the case analysis of lightning and static protection devices, the defects of lightning protection and static protection facilities are investigated, and the protective measures of lightning protection and static protection devices are discussed and improved.
