摘要 本科教育是中国大学教育的重要基础和基本特征,一流大学必有一流的本科教育这一观点在中国语境下是成立的。因而,本科教育是建设中国特色的世界一流大学不可回避的一个极为重要的环节。一流大学必须同时具有一流的科研与教学,这在逻辑上是成立的,而一流的本科教育也必须符合这一特征。在大学所有的教育要素中,课程是处在微观的、末端的。课程虽是最基本的元素,却包含了丰富的内涵,它体现了一所大学的科研和教学的综合水平。尤其是在广义课程的概念之下,大学里的所有人员均在课程之中,从这个意义上说,一流课程即一流大学。较之一流学科的建设,一流的课程,尤其是一流的隐性课程建设更加需要我们远离浮躁与功利主义,需要我们更为深沉和理性的努力。 Undergraduate education is an important foundation and basic characteristic of Chinese university education. The view that first-class university must have first-class undergraduate education is verified in the context of China. Therefore, undergraduate education is an extremely important link which cannot be avoided in the construction of world-class university with Chinese characteristics. It is logically true that a first-class university must have both first-rate research and first-rate teaching, and a first-class undergraduate education should also conform to this characteristic. Among all the elements of education in a university, curriculum is at the micro end. Although curriculum is the most basic element, it contains rich connotation. It reflects the comprehensive level of the scientific research and teaching of a university. Especially under the broad concept of curriculum, all the personnel in the university are included in the concept of curriculum. In this sense, the first-class curriculum equals to the first-class university. Compared with the first-class subjects, the construction of first-class curriculum, especially that of first-class hidden courses, needs people to be further away from fickleness and utilitarianism, and to make more profound and rational efforts.
