苏共党内政治文化建设的惨痛教训

The Collapse of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union(CPSU): A Painful Lesson in the Construction of Political Culture within the Party

政党党内政治文化建设是政党建设的根本性工程,其特有功使其能成为政党软力量建设的关键性因素。苏共在长达74年的执政过程中,由于党内政治文化建设的失败最终导致其失去政权,这一惨痛的教训为后来者留下了深刻的警醒:马克思主义意识形态指导地位的丧失使苏共党内政治文化建设失去方向、丢掉灵魂;对庸俗腐朽的党内政治文化放任自流使党内政治文化失去内质、改变味道。中国共产党在推进全面从严治党向纵深发展过程中,必须把党内政治文化建设作为治本之策,始终将马克思主义意识形态放在核心地位,坚决同党内腐朽落后的政治文化做斗争,全力培养先进的、健康的党内政治文化。

The political culture construction within a party,the fundamental endeavor in the party construction,plays a key role in the construction of the soft power of the party.The CPSU’s failure in the construction of political culture within the party during its 74 years of ruling has left us with painful lessons.The loss of the guiding position of Marxist ideology resulted in the loss of direction of the political culture within the CPSU.And the lack of restrictions and regulations on corruptions weakened mainstream value within the party,so that the nature of the CPSU’s party political culture was changed and finally lost.Therefore,in advancing the comprehensive and stricter management of the party,the Communist Party of China must take the political culture construction within the party as its priority,and adhere to the Marxist ideology,so as to cultivate advanced and healthy political culture within the party.
