摘要
改革开放40年来,我国高等教育国际化地位逐渐上升,国际化人才培养受到广泛关注,但尚缺乏科学合理的评价体系衡量培养水平。运用AHP模糊综合评判法,建立具有3个层次、15个三级指标的国际化人才评价体系,对首都经济贸易大学457个有效样本进行实证分析,在此基础上通过主成分分析法提取少量主成分再次进行评价,结果均表明:该校国际化人才水平整体较好,学生普遍具有比较良好的国际化发展素质基础,学校具有充足的国际化发展潜力;该校国际化教育理念正在接受创新元素的影响,价值观和素质教育仍是高校教育的主要内容,它们比知识技能更重要。高校应当从更新教育理念、提升教学国际化水平和拓展国际化发展平台等方面增强国际化人才培养能力。
In the past 40 years of reform and opening up, the importance of internationalization in higher education has been increasing and internationalized talents has received increasing attention. However, a scientific and reasonable assessment system for internationalized talents still waits to be established. AHP Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation was used to establish such a system with 3 levels and 15 indicators and an empirical analysis was conducted on 457 samples from Capital University of Economics and Business. And then, Principal Components Analysis was adopted to testify the results. Both analyses show that the overall quality of the internationalization in this university is good: the concerned students have a relatively good foundation for internationalized development, and the university has sufficient potential for further internationalization. The educational philosophy of internationalization is being influenced by innovative elements. It is implied that universities should enhance their ability to cultivate internationalized talents through updating educational philosophy, promoting the internationalization of teaching methods and expanding the international development platform.
