摘要
学习体验是学生对求学期间所接触的教育资源、校园活动和个人成长等方面所得经验的情绪性的体会和回味。通过对所选取的N校19位教育学硕士生的深度访谈,可以管窥师范院校教育学硕士生学习体验的各种影响因素,比如专业认同感、导师、同伴、院校环境、社会大环境等,体现出个体、重要他人、院校和社会四个层次。深入分析教育学硕士生学习体验的影响因素,探讨其具体外延和影响机制,有助于我们从学生视角"自下而上"地分析问题,并通过完善细节来提高研究生的培养质量。
Learning experiences are what learners feel and reflect upon the educational resources, campus activities and personal growth in the learning process. Interviews with 19 postgraduates of education in N school reveal various factors affecting their learning experiences, such as their professional identity, mentor influences, peer influences, school and social environment. These factors are distributed on the four levels of individual, significant others, colleges and society. This factorial analysis helps us analyze problems bottom-up” from the perspective of students so as to promote postgraduate education by improving the details.
