特色小镇发展路径研究——以广西为例

Development Path of Characteristic Towns:a Case Study of Guangxi Province

近年来广西特色小镇的培育建设,极大地促进了广西城乡一体化进程和县域经济的发展。从国内外特色小镇建设的经验来看,虽然各小镇彼此间的风格迥异,特色产业类型也不一样,但都注重立足本地优势产业深入发掘特色产业链;打造小镇特色文化,培养小镇居民和游客的归属感与认同感,依靠创新的力量推动小镇主导产业发展。但在广西特色小镇培育和建设中存在着盲目开发,缺乏特色;企业创新能力弱,竞争力不强;小镇未能有效构建创新驱动的发展模式;基础设施落后,服务功能并未凸显等问题。因此,广西应当因地制宜,认真从挖掘小镇特色,引进一批实力雄厚的龙头企业,搭建创新平台提高创新能力,塑造小镇特色文化,着力推进特色小镇高质量发展。

In recent years, the cultivation and construction of characteristic towns in Guangxi has greatly promoted the process of integration of urban and rural areas and the development of county economy in the province. From the experience of the construction of characteristic towns at home and abroad, although each town has different characteristic industries, they all focus on exploring the characteristic industry chain based on local superior industries, creating the characteristic culture of small towns, cultivating the sense of belonging and identity of residents and tourists, and promoting the development of the leading industry of small towns by relying on the power of innovation. However, there are some problems in the cultivation and construction of characteristic towns in Guangxi, such as aimless development and lack of characteristics, weak innovation ability and competitiveness of enterprises, failure to effectively construct innovation-driven development model, backward infrastructure and service function and so on. Therefore, Guangxi should take measures according to local conditions, earnestly tap the characteristics of small towns, introduce a number of strong leading enterprises, build innovative platforms to improve innovation ability, shape the characteristic culture of small towns, and strive to promote the high-quality development of small towns with characteristics.
