外语教育评估视域下的大学课堂评估与启示

摘要 目前,外语测试研究正在经历由心理测量到教育评估的范式转变。相比于心理测量,教育评估具有多维性和复杂性,可以为学生和老师提供更多"可执行建议"。课堂评估是教育评估范式下一种重要的外语测试形式,对教师的教授和学生的学习具有重要的促进作用。教育评估视域下的课堂评估为我国大学外语课堂评估提供了重要的启示:第一,重新思考效度是一个优先性和分配任务的问题;第二,发展教育评估中替代传统信度的标准;第三,培养大学外语教师的评估素养;第四,课堂评估应作为教师和学生之间互动的基础。 The assessment of college English from the traditional “summative evaluation of course achievement” to “formative evaluation of promoting curriculum development” is in line with the paradigm shift in foreign language testing that is undergoing a paradigm shift from psychological measurement to educational assessment. Unlike psychometrics that emphasize objectivity and science,educational assessments are used to support learning and provide “executable advice” for students and teachers. Classroom assessment is one of the important foreign language test forms under the educational assessment paradigm. The uniqueness of the classroom learning environment and the important role of teachers in providing timely information to help teaching and learning are increasingly receiving attention in the field of second language acquisition. Suggestions are put forward for the evaluation of foreign language classroom assessment in China in the perspective of educational assessment. First,rethink the validity in its priority and task distribution. Secondly,replace the traditional summative criteria with developmental assessment. Third,cultivate the assessment literacy of college foreign language teachers. Finally,set the classroom interaction on the basis of classroom assessment.
