摘要
人才识别是人力资源管理中一项核心内容。摆轮原理是指钓鱼海竿或放风筝的绕线轮旋转加速到一定程度后出现"环影",且"环影"朝着与摆轮运动相反的方向转动的现象。这一现象对人才识别具有启示意义。运用摆轮原理进行人才识别,可从"摆轮假象原理"和"摆轮加速原理"两个方面进行。摆轮假象原理是根据"环影"转动方向和转动速度的假象,通过"结构式场景面试"等方式,了解应聘者的真实情况;摆轮加速原理是分析"加速"元素对摆轮转动的影响和作用,在人力资源管理中,通过"数量加速"和"质量加速"两种方式进行人才识别。
Talent identification is a core content in human resources management. The Balance Wheel Principle refers to the phenomenon that the “ring shadow" appears after the spinning of the fishing elescopic fishing rod or kite-flying reel accelerates to a certain extent, and the "ring shadow" rotates in the opposite direction to balance wheel's motion. This phenomenon has implications for talent identification. The application of balance wheel principle to talent identification can be carried out from two aspects:"balance wheel illusion principle" and " balance wheel acceleration principle". The balance wheel illusion principle is based on the illusion of the rotation direction and rotation speed of the "ring shadow" and through "structured scene interview" and other methods to understand the real situation of the applicant. Balance wheel and acceleration principle analyzed the influence and effect of "acceleration" element on balance wheel's rotation. In human resources management, talent identification was carried out through "quantity acceleration" and "quality acceleration".
