摘要
从促进大学生就业及其终身职业发展的角度来看,高校人才培养质量的提升,不仅要关注大学毕业生的初始就业,更要关注他们的终身职业发展。鉴于市场需求的动态预测和办学专业的特色凸显等因素均属于促进学生就业和职业发展的外部因素,并不能有效弥合学校与职场间的鸿沟,因而高校人才培养体系的建设和改革,当围绕大学生自我发现、自主学习和自我管理等内部因素的培育和强化来进行,从广义上标本兼治地解决大学生的就业促进和终身职业发展问题。一方面,就业工作应转变以往静态、片面的就业观,将大学生求职准备和职业发展都纳入广义的就业认知中;另一方面,高校人才培养体系改革需明确大学生的主体地位,将大学生就业能力的被动培养转向主动调适能力的养成。
Education should be oriented towards modernization, towards the world, and towards the future. Therefore, based on the perspective of promoting the students' employment and career development, colleges and universities should not only pay attention to the initial employment of their graduates, but also pay attention to students' lifelong career development. Given that predicting the market's demand dynamically and highlighting the major characteristics, which are all external factors to promote students' employment and career development, it is impossble to bridge the gap between schools and the workplace effectively, and the construction and reform of colleges and universities' talents cultivation system should focus more on the internal factors such as students' self-discovery, self-learning and self-management. The article also explains the initial application of this concept in practice.
