Analysis and Research of the Clearance Time of Port Inspection and Quarantine Under the Background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Integration

京津冀一体化是检验检疫工作的新目标,评价分析京津冀检验检疫的通关时长,对于提高通关效率,充分发挥检验检疫职能作用具有决策意义。本文用科学规范的统计方法,利用中国电子检验检疫主干系统所提供的数据,分析京津冀三地检验检疫部门之间出入境各节点时长的差异,旨在发现三地局的优劣势,并提出相应的结论和建议。

Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration is the new goal of inspection and quarantine. Evaluation and analysis of the customs clearance time for inspection and quarantine of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has decision-making significance for improving the efficiency of customs clearance and giving full play to the function of inspection and quarantine. The article uses scientific and standard statistical methods to analyze the differences in the lengths of entry and exit points between the inspection and quarantine departments of the three cities in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, using the data provided by the China Electronic Inspection and Quarantine System to identify the advantages and disadvantages of the three places, and put forward the corresponding conclusions and recommendations.
