遵义市一起输入性疟疾疫情调查处置分析

Investigation and Disposal of an Imported Malaria Epidemic in Zunyi City

通过对遵义市一起输入性疟疾疫情调查处置,提出输入性疟疾防控措施及建议。对从非洲乌干达务工归国人员中发现的疟疾病例、同行人员、密切接触者进行流行病学调查、病例搜索、实验室检测、健康教育,对环境进行灭蚊处理。人们发现,确诊的8例恶性疟病例全部治愈,未发生输入继发病例。随着本地病例的消除,输入性疟疾防控已是贵州省疟防工作重点,人们应该做好高疟区归国人员的疟疾监测;加强疟防人员防治技术能力培训;做好劳务输出人员健康教育;探索可持续消除疟疾机制,从而减少疟疾病例的输入、传播,防止死亡病例的发生。

By investigating and disposing of imported malaria epidemic situation in Zunyi, put forward some measures and suggestions for the prevention and control of imported malaria. Epidemiological investigation, case search, laboratory testing, health education and mosquito control of malaria cases, peer workers and close contacts among returned workers from Uganda, Africa are conducted. People find that all the 8 confirmed cases of falciparum malaria have been cured, and there are no imported secondary cases occurring. With the elimination of local cases, imported malaria control has become the focus of malaria control in Guizhou,people should do a good job in malaria surveillance of returnees from high malaria areas;strengthen the training of prevention and control skills of malaria control personnel;do a good job in health education for labor exporters and explore a mechanism for sustainable elimination of malaria in order to reduce the import and transmission of malaria cases and prevent the occurrence of death cases.
