摘要
本文采用t检验和F检验对一段时期内化学测试项目(化学有害物质铅的测试)质控数据的趋势进行分析。通过比较2个不同时期的均值和标准差是否存在显著性差异,从而确认该化学测试项目的趋势是否稳定。本文采用Excel进行t检验和F检验运算,最大限度减少人工运算,易于日常操作。该统计方式可用于判断单个化学测试项目长期的趋势是否稳定可控,为检测领域进行质控数据趋势分析提供一种新思路。
This paper uses t-test and F-test to analyze the trend of quality control data of chemical test item (the determination of chemical hazardous substances of lead) in a period of time. By comparing the difference between the mean and standard deviation in two different periods, people can confirm whether the trend of the chemical test item is stable or not. In this paper, Excel is used for t-test and F-test operation, which minimizes manual operation and is easy for daily operation. This statistical method can be used to judge whether the long-term trend of a single chemical test project is stable and controllable, and provide a new idea for trend analysis of quality control data in the detection field.
