There are many factors that can affect the microbiological quality management, such as whether the laboratory testing environment is sterile and pollution-free, whether the reagent and culture medium meet the standard. And professional ethics and operational skills of inspectors, inspection program, inspection equipment, and the clinical links are all important factors of affecting the accuracy of the test results. Microbiological testing is a delicate and complex work, and the inspectors need to have a rigorous and scientific experimental attitude and compliance with the laboratory testing standards strictly, to ensure the every link of the test is accurate. This paper analyzes the factors affecting about the quality management of microbiological testing, and puts forward some effective measures for the quality management of microbiological testing.
