互联网普及、数字普惠金融与经济增长

Internet Popularization, Digital Financial Inclusion and Economic Growth

以互联网普及、数字普惠金融为代表的数字经济在激发投资活力、拉动地区经济增长等方面发挥着重要作用。文章立足我国互联网普及与数字普惠金融发展的典型化事实以及互联网普及、数字普惠金融与经济增长两两之间的作用机理,基于全国31个省份的面板数据,建立PVAR模型,实证研究互联网普及、数字普惠金融与经济增长的互动效应。研究发现:第一,互联网普及通过技术创新和增加金融覆盖面,短期内对数字普惠金融和经济增长有正向影响,长期内由于立法监管滞后性对其存在负面影响;第二,数字普惠金融对互联网普及和经济增长有正向促进作用,数字普惠金融通过缓解金融排斥、减少流动性约束等为互联网交易提供群众监督,为经济增长注入活力;第三,经济增长对互联网普及和数字普惠金融有正向影响,可为互联网技术的革新和普惠金融发展提供政策扶持和资金支持。最后根据研究结论提出了可供参考的对策建议。

The digital economy,represented by Internet popularization and digital financial inclusion,plays an important role in stimulating investment vigor and promoting regional economic growth.Based on the stylized facts of Internet popularization and digital financial inclusion in China and the mechanism between the economic growth,Internet popularization and digital financial inclusion,a PVAR model is established based on 31 provincial-level panel data,and the interaction effect between Internet popularization,digital financial inclusion and economic growth is empirically studied.The following conclusions are drawn: the popularization of the Internet through technological innovation and financial coverage expansion has a positive impact on digital financial inclusion and economic growth in a short term,and has a negative impact in a long term due to the legislative lag;the digital financial inclusion has a positive effect on Internet popularization and economic growth,which provides mass supervision for Internet transactions and promotes economic growth by easing financial exclusion and reducing liquidity constraints;the economic growth has a positive impact on Internet popularization and digital financial inclusion,providing policy support and financial support for the innovation of Internet technology and the development of financial inclusion.Finally,according to the research conclusions,some relevant policy suggestions are put forward.
