Survivin蛋白在子宫内膜癌发生发展过程中的表达及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探析在子宫内膜癌发生发展过程中Survivin蛋白的表达及意义情况。方法:回顾性分析接收的20例不典型增生子宫内膜和20例正常子宫内膜、40例宫内膜腺癌和20例子宫内膜增生过长者的临床资料,实施免疫组织化学方法对被选对象的Survivin蛋白的表达情况进行检测,并分析其和子宫内膜癌临床分期间的关系情况。结果:在子宫内膜癌和子宫内膜增生过长、正常子宫内膜和不典型增生子宫内膜中,Survivin蛋白表达呈逐渐增强趋势,且与子宫内膜癌者内膜和不典型增生内膜者的表达情况相比,子宫内膜增生过长者内膜和正常子宫内膜者的Survivin蛋白表达情况相对偏低,经对比子宫内膜癌内膜和不典型增生内膜发现,二者间表达情况差异有统计学意义,子宫内膜癌的病程发展、发病过程均和Survivin蛋白表达具有一定的关联性。结论:在子宫内膜癌不同分化组中,即低、中和高,通过两两比较子宫内膜癌组织中Survivin蛋白的表达情况发现,对比差异无统计学意义。
