阶段性护理在子宫内膜癌术后护理中的应用

Application of staged nursing in postoperative care of endometrial cancer

目的:研究子宫内膜癌术后患者护理中采用阶段性护理的临床价值。方法:我院选取2014-06～2018-06共34例子宫内膜癌术后患者,选择信封法分组原则,随机分为研究组(n=17)和常规组(n=17),将采用一般护理的对象,定义为常规组,将选择阶段性护理的对象,定义为研究组。分析护理满意度、并发症发生情况以及护理前后情绪变化。结果:研究组护理满意度为94.12%,常规组护理满意度为64.71%(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为2.70%,常规组并发症发生率为16.22%(P<0.05);护理前,研究组与参照组SDS、SAS评分比较无差异(P>0.05);护理后,研究组SDS以及SAS评分有明显降低,要有常规组(P<0.05)。结论:对子宫内膜癌术后患者采用阶段性护理干预措施,护理效果优异,值得推广。

Objective:To study the clinical value of staged nursing in the nursing of postoperative patients with endometrial cancer.Methods:34 patients with postoperative endometrial cancer from June 2014 to June 2018 were selected.Envelope method was used to randomly divide 34 patients into study group(n=17)and routine group(n=17).The subjects receiving general care were defined as the regular group,and the subjects receiving periodic care were defined as the research group.The nursing satisfaction,complications,and emotional changes before and after nursing were analyzed.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the study group was(94.12%),the satisfaction of the routine group was(64.71%),(P<0.05);the complication rate of the study group was(5.88%),and the complication rate of the routine group was(41.17%),(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in SDS and SAS scores between the study group and the reference group,(P>0.05).After nursing,the SDS and SAS scores of the study group were significantly lower,and there should be a regular group,(P<0.05).Conclusion:Staged nursing interventions for postoperative patients with endometrial cancer have excellent nursing results,which is worthy of promotion.
