摘要
利用2007—2015年278个城市数据,通过构建空间面板计量模型,实证研究了高速铁路对城市创新的影响及其作用机制。研究发现,高速铁路通过加快人才流动过程中的知识溢出,从而促进城市创新发展,并且这一作用呈现出城市之间的异质性;进一步研究发现,高速铁路对城市创新活动的影响并未因通讯技术的发展而减弱,高速铁路通过增强创新参与者及创新要素之间的相互作用,从而促进高铁通车地区的创新活动,并且也对高铁邻近地区的创新活动起到积极作用。
Spatial panel econometric model is constructed based on data of 278 cities from 2007 to 2015 to explore the impact of high-speed rail on urban innovation and its mechanism.It has found that high-speed rail promotes urban innovation development by accelerating knowledge spillover in the process of talent flow,and the effect shows the heterogeneity among cities.Further research finds that the impact of high-speed rail on urban innovation has not been weakened by the development of communication technology.High-speed rail promotes innovation development and plays a positive role in the innovation activities of adjacent areas by increasing the interaction between innovation participants and innovation elements.
