摘要
对福建古田‘韦端蜜红’与湖南芷江‘颐红’感官品质(果形指数、单果重、硬度、可食率、大小和色泽)及营养品质(可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、有机酸、Vc和花青素含量及组分等)进行测定。结果表明,福建古田‘韦端蜜红’与湖南芷江‘颐红’花期相近,在3月上中旬开花;‘韦端蜜红’成熟期为7月下旬至8月上旬,比‘颐红’迟10~15 d左右成熟;‘韦端蜜红’果实大且果顶微凸,与‘颐红’果实小且果顶深凹具有明显差异;‘韦端蜜红’Vc、可溶性糖和果皮花青素等营养品质含量均显著高于‘颐红’;矢车菊色素是桃果皮主要色素。综合来看,福建古田‘韦端蜜红’的果实品质优于湖南芷江‘颐红’。
Sensory quality (fruit shape index, single fruit weight, hardness, edible rate, size and color) and nutritional quality (soluble solids, soluble sugar, organic acid, Vc, and anthocyanin content and components, etc.) of Gutian ‘Weiduanmihong’ peach and Zhijiang ‘Yihong’ peach were measursed. The results showed that: the flowering period of ‘Weiduanmihong’ and ‘Yihong’ was similar, blooming in the middle of March;the fruit of ‘Weiduanmihong’ ripened from late July to early August, about 10-15 days later than that of ‘Yihong’. Moreover, the fruit of ‘Weiduanmihong’ was larger and slightly convex top, which was obviously different from the smaller fruit of ‘Yihong’ with a deep concave top. The nutritional quality of Vc and soluble sugar and anthocyanin content of the peel of ‘Weiduanmihong’ were also significantly higher than those of ‘Yihong’ peach. Cyanidin chloride is the main pigment of peach. Overall, the fruit quality of ‘Weiduanmihong’ peach from Gutian, Fujian is better that that of ‘Yihong’ peach from Zhijiang, Hunan.
