摘要
穴位,是传统中医的重要组成部分,历史悠久,与人体健康息息相关,但其知识理论专业性高;在国家大力支持中医药发展,提倡健康中国的背景之下,教学团队基于通识教育课程的定位,进行了"小穴位大健康"在线MOOC课程的建设,以期向非中医类专业人士科普穴位知识。文章主要介绍了整个课程建设的前期实践,分别从课程设计、教学团队、拍摄与制作、课程实施进行介绍。教学团队老中青组合,教学经验丰富,在传统教学基础上,对在线课程进行教学内容进行碎片化处理,与专业团队合作,制作了系列微课,建设了课程网站,搭建了互动平台。除了在线微课为主的学习,还开设见面课程,对每个教学单元进行教学总结和知识框架梳理。课程教学通识化、科普化,介绍穴位定位是采用真人示范,介绍穴位功效时,结合案例讲解。"小穴位大健康"在线课程建设,是教学团队一次有益的尝试,以期为后期在线教学的组织与开展奠定基础。
Acupoint is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), which has a long history and closely related to human health. But it is difficult for people to learn the specialty theory. Under the background of vigorously supporting the development of TCM and advocating healthy China, the teaching group, based on the orientation of general education curriculum, has carried out the construction of "Small Acupoint Helps Your Health Better on " online MOOC curriculum, with a view to providing non-traditional Chinese medicine professionals with popularization science acupoint knowledge. This paper mainly introduces the pre-practice of the whole course construction, including course design, teaching group, shooting and production, and course implementation. The teaching group is a cross-age group with in rich with teaching experience. On the basis of traditional teaching, the online courses are fragmented, and a series of micro-video-lectures are produced, course website is built as well as the interactive platform in cooperation with professional team. In addition to online micro-video lectures, there are face-to-face courses to summarize each teaching unit and to sort out the knowledge framework. When introducing the location and efficacy of acupoints, a real person demonstration is used and cases are explained. This online course construction is a useful attempt of teaching team, and it is hoped that it can lay a foundation for the organization and development of online teaching in the later stage of TCM popularization science.
