强化学科平台建设 加快地方高校发展

学科平台建设能够提升地方高校人才、科研资源的共享和效率。在分析地方高校学科平台建设存在学科体系较薄弱、学科方向不太明确、学科队伍不健全、科研资源配置不合理、学科平台与地方需求联系不紧密、考核评价体系缺少融合等问题的基础上,提出了凝炼学科方向,打造高水平学科团队,促进学科交叉融合,实施科研资源优化整合,主动服务地方经济社会需求,创新管理体制机制的发展策略。
