因材施教分类培养实施路径探索 被引量:5

摘要 我国高等学校人才培养工作已进入提高质量的升级期,提升本科人才培养质量得到了空前的重视。文章以土建类专业学生实施因材施教分类培养为例,从人才培养体系、课程分层教学、学生导师制等探讨了提升人才培养质量的实施路径,收到良好的培养效果。 The talent training work of colleges and universities in China has entered an upgrade period of improving quality, and the quality of undergraduate talent training has received unprecedented attention. This paper mainly focuses on the classified training of the civil engineering students. The methods of personnel training system, layered teaching and the tutorial system etc., have been discussed in this paper, which have received a good effect of the talent training.
