摘要
学习效能感是增强学习内生动力、提高学习自主性的重要心理因素。从学习效能感的内在影响因素入手,创建以生为本、师生互动的课堂学习,培养积极归因模式、注重自控力、自我价值感的多元化培养,将有助于全面促进高职生学习效能感的提升,进而改善高职生日常学习行为,培养高职生良好学习品质。
Learning efficacy is an important psychological factor to enhance endogenous motivation and improve learning autonomy. Starting from the intrinsic influencing factors of learning efficacy, creating a student-oriented, interactive classroom learning, cultivating positive attribution model, emphasizing self-control and pluralistic cultivation of self-worth will help to promote the improvement of learning efficacy of higher vocational students in an all-round way, and then improve their daily learning behavior and cultivate their good learning quality.
