摘要
为研究池塘工程化循环水养殖模式下养殖密度对大口黑鲈( Micropterus salmoides )生长性能、血清生化指标的影响,设置15 000和25 000尾/槽2个养殖密度,经过120 d的养殖实验。结果显示:养殖密度对大口黑鲈生长性能、血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、碱性磷酸酶、皮质醇和溶菌酶含量无显著影响;高养殖密度组血清总蛋白、胆固醇、甘油三酯和葡萄糖含量显著低于低养殖密度组。在低、高密度养殖条件下,体重与体长之间呈幂函数关系,生长方程分别为 y =0.031 6 x 2.903 8 ( R 2=0.980 1)和 y =0.032 1 x 2.898 5 ( R 2=0.982 4)。结果表明,池塘工程化循环水养殖模式下,高密度养殖而不影响大口黑鲈生长。
An 120-day feeding experiment was performed to asses the effect of stocking densities on growth performance and serum biochemical parameters of largemouth bass ( Micropterus salmoides ) reared in an in-pond raceway system ( IPRS). Fish were randomly allotted to four raceways stocked at two stocking densities ( 15 000 and 25 000 tails/raceway, respectively). No significant difference was observed in growth, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, alkalinephosphatase, superoxide dismutase, cortisol and lysozyme in serum between fish reared at two stocking groups. Fish reared at high stocking density had significant lower total protein, cholesterol, triglyceride and glucose content in serum than those reared at low density. Under the low and high density condition, body weight and body length had power function correlation. The growth equations were y = 0.0316 x 2.9038 ( R 2=0.9801), y =0.0321 x 2.8985 ( R 2=0.9824), respectively. The present results indicated that the largemouth bass could be reared at high stocking density without negatively affecting growth in IPRS under these experimental conditions.
