The necessity of undergraduate compound legal talent cultivation in financial and economic colleges is introduced. There are many problems in compound legal talent cultivation,such as ignoring the imparting of humanistic knowledge,not highlighting the characteristics of running a school,neglecting practical teaching,lacking of resources for running a school,and lacking of cultivating legal professional ethics,etc. It expounds the training path of compound legal talents,which should give full play to the discipline advantages,make a good connection between professional courses and general courses,focus on accumulating practical experience,improve the curriculum system,and pay attention to professional ethics cultivation.
