基于建筑工程技术专业的现代学徒制校企合作模式探索 被引量:5

摘要 结合职业教育发展实际,概述了现代学徒制需要搭建校企合作平台,重新构建课程体系,实行工学交替教学模式,建立过程监控和质量保障体系。提出现代学徒制校企合作模式存在的问题,即校企合作没有解决学生员工身份的问题,未构建有效的人才评价机制。对现代学徒制的校企合作模式进行探究,提出建立校企联合招生制度,改革人才培养方案和课程体系,构建学校和企业有效衔接的课程教学资源,改进教学模式,提高学生岗位适应能力等对策,以提高职业人才的培养质量。 Combining with the actual development of vocational education,this paper outlines the need for modern apprenticeship system to build a platform for school-enterprise cooperation,rebuild the curriculum system,implement the work-study alternating teaching mode,and establish a process monitoring and quality assurance system. It points out that school-enterprise cooperation does not solve the problem of student employee identity,and lacks an effective talent evaluation mechanism. It probes into the mode of school-enterprise cooperation in modern apprenticeship system,and puts forward some countermeasures,such as establishing the joint enrollment system,reforming the personnel training scheme and curriculum system,improving the teaching mode,and improving the adaptability of students to positions,so as to improve the quality of vocational personnel training.
