高职院校混合所有制二级学院建设的思考

Reflections on the construction of mixed ownership secondary colleges in higher vocational colleges

为了推进高职院校混合所有制二级学院建设,分析了我国高职院校混合所有制改革的意义,介绍了高职院校混合所有制改革面临的困境:受传统观念影响甚深,管理产权不明确,院校管理存在一定困难,规范管理难以实现,并阐述了二级学院建设的可行性,这样能全面提升高职院校的综合教学水平和教学质量。

In order to promote the construction of mixed-ownership secondary colleges in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyses the significance of the reform of mixed-ownership in higher vocational colleges in China,and introduces the dilemma faced by the reform of mixed-ownership in higher vocational colleges: deeply influenced by traditional ideas,unclear management property rights,some difficulties in the management of colleges and universities,and difficulties in realizing standardized management,and expounds the feasibility of the construction of secondary colleges. In this way,the comprehensive teaching level and teaching quality of higher vocational colleges can be comprehensively improved.
