户籍档案的作用是可证明群众的社会属性、法律身份,有效反馈社会状况。分析了户籍档案管理存在的问题:管理机制不规范、户籍档案范畴不清、户口迁移程序复杂。从创新户籍档案管理机制、更新户籍档案管理理念、加强户籍档案信息化建设三方面,阐述了户籍档案管理的优化策略,进而发挥户籍档案的功能效应,提升户籍档案管理的全面性、覆盖性。

The role of household registration archives is to prove the social attributes and legal status of the masses and effectively feedback social conditions. It analyses the problems existing in the management of household registration archives: the management mechanism is not standardized,the category of household registration archives is not clear,and the procedure of household registration migration is complex. It expounds the optimization strategy of household registration archives management from three aspects: innovating household registration archives management mechanism,renewing the concept of household registration archives management,and strengthening the informatization construction of household registration archives,so as to enhance the comprehensiveness and coverage of household registration archives management.
