摘要
会计专业教学现状仍是将理论作为教学重点和考核的主要内容,致使理论与实践脱节,学生在毕业后很难步入工作岗位。分析了成果导向教学设计的发展定位与目标,要以尊重学生个性为前提,充分挖掘学生的内在潜力,做到学以致用。阐述了实行成果导向教学设计的方法,如合理压缩理论知识,贯彻成果导向教育理念,锻炼数据采集能力,形成成果导向教学设计理念,推行创新思维成果导向教学设计,以培养出更多的专业型会计人才。
The current situation of accounting teaching is that it regards theory as the key point of teaching and the main content of assessment,which leads to the disconnection between theory and practice,and makes it difficult for students to enter the post after graduation. It analyses the development orientation and goal of result-oriented instructional design,which should take respecting students’ individuality as the premise,fully tap students’ inherent potential and make use of what they have learned. It expounds the methods of implementing the result-oriented teaching design,such as reasonable compression of theoretical knowledge,implementation of the idea of result-oriented education,exercise of data collection ability,formation of the idea of result-oriented teaching design,and implementation of innovative thinking result-oriented teaching design,so as to cultivate more professional accounting talents.
