摘要 实践知识具有极其的重要的价值,只有经过实践训练,掌握了实践知识,才能胜任教师这一工作。介绍了实践性知识种类,如对学科知识的掌握程度,对课堂的把控能力,对学生自学能力的培养,对自身的评价,对环境的掌控力。分析了教师教育教学实践现状,例如缺乏实践经验,没有意识到实践的重要性;改革不深入,实践流于形式,评价方式不合理。提出了教师教育实践教学的改进方案:教育部门要发挥领导作用,高校要改革创新,实践基地要为师生提供场地。只有这样,才能提升教师的实践教学能力,以促进我国教育事业的长远发展。 This paper analyses the important value of practical knowledge. Only through practical training and mastery of practical knowledge can we be competent for the work of teachers. It introduces the types of teachers’ practical knowledge: the degree of mastery of subject knowledge,the ability to control the classroom,the cultivation of students’ self-study ability,the evaluation of themselves and the control of the environment. It analyzes the present situation of teacher education and teaching practice: lack of practical experience,lack of awareness of the importance of practice,lack of in-depth reform,formality of practice and unreasonable evaluation methods. It puts forward the improvement plan of teacher education practice teaching: the education department should play a leading role,the university should reform and innovate,and the practice base should provide a space for teachers and students. Only in this way can we improve teachers’ practical teaching ability and promote the long-term development of education in China.
