体育课中民主和谐师生关系研究

Research on democratic and harmonious teacher-student relations in physical education

摘要 为分析民主和谐的师生关系对学生体育课学习的影响,随机抽取沈阳市于洪区的6所小学,每所小学随机抽取50名学生及其中3所小学的体育教师。采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法进行调查分析。结果表明,传统的师生关系在不同程度上限制和妨碍了学生个体的发展,影响了学生体育课学习的兴趣和积极性。民主和谐的师生关系,使教学气氛活跃,学生个体得到尊重与关怀,学习主动性提高。学生在这种关系的影响下,容易树立终身体育的思想。 In order to analyze the influence of democratic and harmonious teacher-student relationship on students’ physical education learning,six primary schools in Yuhong District of Shenyang city were randomly selected,and 50 students and their physical education teachers in three primary schools were randomly selected from each primary school. Documents,questionnaires and mathematical statistics were used in the investigation and analysis. The results show that the traditional teacher-student relationship,to varying degrees,restricts and hinders the development of students’ individual,and affects students’ interest and enthusiasm in physical education learning. Democratic and harmonious teacher-student relationship makes the teaching atmosphere active,the individual students are respected and cared for,and the learning initiative is improved. Under the influence of this relationship,students can easily establish the idea of lifelong physical education.
