摘要
俗话说"民以食为天",中国是人口大国,食品安全随着越来越多的问题食品的曝出而备受关注。同时,人们的生活水平和质量在不断提高,民生生活的不断改善包括对食品安全的管理,因此,利用现代科学技术对食品进行检测,帮助人们更好地认识食品的安全性,从而让消费者吃的放心。对此,本文将从3种常见的分析化学技术的应用入手,将其与食品安全检测相结合,深入阐述分析化学技术在食品安全检测中的应用和作用。
As the saying goes,“food is the most important thing for the people”, China is a populous country. Food safety has attracted much attention with more and more food incidents. At the same time, the living standard and quality of our country are constantly improving, and the improvement of people’s livelihood also includes the management of food safety. Therefore, the use of modern science and technology to detect food safety can help people better understand the safety of food, thus reassuring the people to eat. In this regard, this paper began with the application of three common analytical chemical technologies, combined them with food safety detection, and elaborated the application and role of analytical chemical technology in food safety detection.
