食品企业的职业卫生问题及管理对策

摘要 我国历史悠久,美食遍布全国各地,随着现代化的发展,食品企业已对各种美食进行批量生产,丰富着人们的味觉。但是,食品企业的职业卫生管理受到社会的普遍关注,近年来暴露出不少问题。本文主要介绍了我国职业卫生的工作现状及当前食品企业普遍存在的问题,并总结了具体的管理建议,希望当前食品企业可以更好的发展。 Our country has a long history, food all over the country, with the development of modernization, food enterprises have all kinds of food for mass production, to enrich people’s taste enjoyment. However, the occupational health management of food enterprises has been widely concerned by the society, and many problems have been exposed in recent years. This paper mainly introduced the current situation of occupational health work in China and the common problems existing in food enterprises, and specifically summarized some specific management suggestions, hoping that the current food enterprises can better development.
