高校食堂食品安全培训方式的探索与创新

摘要 学校食堂食品安全的重要性不言而喻。2019年全国两会,关于校园食品安全问题,对严防严控严管提出很多举措。如何"严防",加强餐饮业从业人员培训是重要环节。食品安全问题,追根朔源,大都是人的问题。人品造精品,素质出品质,真正有效的食品安全培训可以从根本上改变执行者的行为,制约错误的思想意识,最终改变执行者错误的惯性思维。所以,如何提高食品安全培训效果,提高食堂员工综合素质,是保障食品安全的重要前提。 The importance of food safety in school canteens is self-evident. In 2019, the National People’s Congress and the National People’s Congress put forward many measures on the safety of campus food. How to “strictly guard against” and strengthen the training of catering industry practitioners is an important link. Food safety problems are mostly human problems. Personality makes excellent products, quality gives quality, and truly effective food safety training can fundamentally change the behavior of the executors, restrict the wrong ideology, and ultimately change the wrong inertial thinking of the executors. Therefore, how to improve the effect of food safety training and improve the comprehensive quality of canteen staff is an important prerequisite for ensuring food safety.
