摘要 在社会民生的发展中,食品安全问题占据着重要位置,自古以来,我国都有"民以食为天"的传统。近几年来,食品生产领域频繁发生各种安全问题,如造假、假冒伪劣等等,这些现象造成了严重后果,对整个食品行业及人们的安全造成了严重威胁。因此,相关部门应提高检验技术水平,为食品质量安全提供一道有效的安全防线。 In the development of social life, food safety issues occupy an important position. Since ancient times, China has a tradition of “food for the people.” In recent years, various safety problems have occurred frequently in the food production field, such as fraud, counterfeiting, etc. These phenomena have caused serious consequences and pose a serious threat to the safety of the entire food industry and people. Therefore, relevant departments should strengthen the level of inspection technology and provide an effective safety line for food quality and safety.
