摘要 目前随着人们生活水平的提升,越来越多的人选择餐饮消费,在这样的情况下,餐饮企业质量管理就显得尤为重要。但是从实际的市场表现来看,不管是大型餐饮企业还是中小型餐饮企业都一定程度的存在质量管理问题,引起强烈的社会负面舆论,这一点值得引起警惕。经过长时间的质量管理相关理论研究,结合当前我国餐饮企业的实际情况,探讨如何更好的开展餐饮企业质量管理,从而在实现自身长远发展的前提下为我国餐饮企业和社会提供更多价值。 At present, with the improvement of people’s living standards, more and more people choose catering consumption. At this time, the quality management of catering enterprises is particularly important. However, from the actual market performance, whether it is a large catering enterprise or a small and medium catering enterprise, there is a certain degree of quality management problems, which has caused a strong social negative public opinion and deserves people’s vigilance. A long time and quality management related theory, combined with the current situation of China’s catering enterprises, to explore how to better carry out the quality management of catering enterprises. Therefore, to provide more value for China’s catering enterprises and society under the premise of realizing their long-term development.
