摘要
近几年来,随着社会经济水平的不断提升,食品安全问题的频繁出现,使人们已经形成高度的食品安全意识,社会各界人士在食品安全社会共治方面达成了共识。允许公众参与食品安全社会共治管理,可以在很大程度上确保食品安全监管具备全面性,从而降低食品安全监管成本。但是,在实际的食品安全监管管理中,公众虽具备很高的关注度,但在实际维权和监督参与方面体现出较低的积极性和主动性。为改善这种状况,相关部门可以进行公众参与土壤和环境的厚植,为公众积极主动参与提供良好的环境,引导公众全面积极参与。同时还要引导公众建立权利意识,健全食品安全公众参与机制,为提升公众食品安全提供良好的基础保障。本文简要论述了公众参与食品安全监管管理的重要性及意义,分析现下公众参与的现状,并针对相关问题探究相应的解决措施。
In recent years, with the continuous improvement of social and economic level, food safety problems frequently appear, people have formed a high degree of food safety awareness, people from all walks of life in food safety and social co-governance reached a consensus. Allowing public participation in the social Co-governance of food safety can largely ensure that food safety supervision is comprehensive, thereby reducing the cost of food safety supervision. However, in the actual food safety supervision and management, although the public has a high degree of concern, but in the actual protection of rights and supervision participation reflects a lower enthusiasm and initiative. In order to improve this situation, relevant departments can carry out public participation in soil and environment planting, for the public to actively participate in providing a good environment, guide the public to participate actively in an all-round way. At the same time, we should guide the public to establish awareness of rights, establish a sound mechanism for public participation in food safety, and provide a good foundation for improving public food safety. This paper briefly discussed the importance and significance of public participation in food safety supervision and management, analyzed the current situation of public participation, and explored the corresponding solutions to related problems.
