摘要
本研究以新鲜滁菊为研究对象,对滁菊储藏期间的pH值、水分含量、灰分含量等指标进行测定,并应用Illumina Miseq高通量测序技术探究滁菊储藏过程中细菌群落结构与品质的关系。结果表明:滁菊样品不同储藏时期的细菌多样性存在差异。本研究加深了对新鲜滁菊储藏过程中细菌多样性的认识,为提高新鲜滁菊储藏后的质量,延长保质期提供理论依据,具有重要意义。
In this study, fresh Chu chrysanthemum was taken as the research object to determine pH value, water content, ash content and other indicators during storage of Chu chrysanthemum, and Illumina Miseq high-throughput sequencing technology was applied to explore the relationship between bacterial community structure and quality in storage of Chu chrysanthemum. The results showed that: The bacterial diversity of Chu chrysanthemum samples was different in diverse storage periods. This study had understood of bacterial diversity in the storage process of fresh chrysanthemum deeply in China. And it provided a theoretical basis for improving the quality of fresh chrysanthemum after storage and prolonging its shelf life.
