摘要
功能性食品、婴幼儿配方乳粉等食品中添加的维生素B_(12),一般采用微生物比浊法或者高效液相色谱法检测,检测难度较大。本文归纳了国家标准和AOAC的检测方法,探讨GB 5413.14-2010检测的注意事项,关注试剂盒与国家标准法的效果对比。
Vitamin B12 which added in functional food, infant formula milk powder is generally detected by microbial turbidimetric method or high performance liquid chromatography. This paper introduce the official methods from national standard and AOAC, discusses the matters needing attention in GB 5413.14-2010 detection, and focuses on the effect between the kit and the national standard method.
