摘要
针对霍宝干河煤矿2-106工作面出现超大陷落柱,影响矿井安全生产、制约机械化生产、降低可采量、降低矿井效益等问题,通过现场调研以及分析现有综采面过陷落柱的方法及特点,确定了2-106综采工作面过超大陷落柱的方法,并进行实验。结果表明,通过采用合理的过超大陷落柱技术措施,保证了工作面安全高效地通过陷落柱,确保工作面的安全高效生产,取得了显著的经济及社会效益。
In view of the large collapse column in the 2-106 working face of Huobao Ganhe Mine, which affected the safe production of mines, restricted mechanized production, reduced the recoverable amount and the mine benefits, through on-site investigation and analysis of the existing fully mechanized mining face through the collapse column. The method and characteristics of the 2-106 fully mechanized mining face over the large collapse column were determined, and the underground industrial experiment was carried out. The results showed that the adoption of reasonable over-large collapse column technical measures ensured that the working face could pass the collapse column safely and efficiently, with safe and efficient production of the working face, and achieved remarkable economic and social benefits.
