煤制乙二醇蒸汽系统的控制

摘要 蒸汽系统是煤制乙二醇装置正常运行的关键系统,正常工况下有效控制蒸汽系统是保障企业稳定运行的关键,异常工况下有效控制蒸汽系统可将企业的损失降到最低。论述了正常情况下及异常情况(锅炉1台炉急停、锅炉引风机/2次风机跳车、气化炉跳车、蒸汽放空阀突然开等)下蒸汽系统的控制方法。 Steam system is the key system for the normal operation of coal-to-ethylene glycol plant. Effective control of steam system under normal conditions is the key to ensure the stable operation of enterprise, effective control of steam system under abnormal conditions can minimize the losses of enterprises. The control methods of the steam system under normal and abnormal conditions (sudden stopping of a boiler, jumping of boiler induced draft fan/secondary fan, jumping of gasifier, sudden opening of steam vent valve etc.) were discussed.
