摘要 针对吕家坨矿-950 m皮带机上山掘进过程中巷道围岩破碎软弱、底鼓、顶板下沉和两帮内挤的难题,为达到巷道支护稳定,保证矿井行人、通风和运输等各生产环节通畅,安全生产的目的,本文研究了软岩的破坏机理和锚注加固支护的机理,并在皮带机上山进行了锚注支护加固工程实践,经过后期的表面收敛观测表明,在前期锚网喷支护的基础上,选择合适的时机进行注浆加固支护,可以有效改善巷道围岩的应力分布,减小巷道的位移量,对维持巷道整体稳定性具有很大的作用。 Aiming at the problems of weak surrounding rock breakage,floor heave,roof subsidence and inner compaction of two sides in the process of roadway mining with-950 m belt conveyor in Lvjiatuo Mine,in order to achieve the stability of roadway support,ensure smooth operation and safe production of various production links such as mine pedestrian,ventilation and transportation,etc.The damage mechanism of soft rock and anchor reinforcement mechanism of the injection was studied,and the anchor support in mount belt reinforcement engineering practice was carried out,after the late observations showed that the surface of the convergence in the early stage of the anchor net spray support,on the basis of the choice of appropriate grouting reinforcement,could effectively improve the stress distribution of surrounding rock of roadway,greatly reduce the displacement of roadway,play a great role in maintaining the overall stability of roadway.
