大砭窑煤矿生产接续优化设计

摘要 结合矿井开采现状和煤层的赋存特征,提出不同的井田划分方案,根据各方案的优劣和相关规范要求,确定井田最佳的盘区划分方式。在保证矿井始终坚持"一井一面"的前提下,新采购一套综采设备,既满足矿井原有设备不废弃,又能减轻其损耗,实现在两个不同盘区之间的接续跳采,减少掘进巷道受回采动压的影响,为后续最大限度合理高效的回采资源提供了条件。 Combining with the present situation of mine mining and the occurrence characteristics of coal seam,different mine field division schemes were put forward.According to the merits and demerits of various schemes and relevant normative requirements,the optimum disk division mode of minefield was settled.On the premise of guaranteeing that the mining principle of"one mine shaft and one coal mining face",new purchase of a set of fully mechanized mining equipment,not only satisfied that the original mine equipment not abandoned,but also reduced its loss,realized continuous jump mining between two different roadway,reduced the influence of mining dynamic pressure on driving roadway,and provided conditions for the follow-up mining resources to the maximum reasonable and efficient condition.
