摘要
本文对榆树坡煤业1213工作面矿压特征规律与支架适应性进行研究,通过对工作面周期来压时顶板进行力学分析,计算出工作面支架的工作阻力,并确定了工作面的合理支架型号,同时在工作面不同位置布置矿压监测站对回采期间工作面支架支护阻力的分布状态进行统计分析,对工作面液压支架承载特性及前后立柱压力进行分析。结果表明,液压支架不仅能满足1213工作面支护要求,工作阻力还能得到充分利用。
Based on the mine pressure characteristics and support adaptability of 1213 working face in Yushupo Mine,the periodic weighting of roof was analyzed with mechanics,and the working face support working resistance was calculated,the reasonable support model was settled,at the same time the mine pressure monitoring station was allocated in the different position working face to conduct statistic analysis of distribution of support resistance in recovery mining,working face hydraulic support bearing characteristics and column pressure were analyzed.The result showed that the hydraulic support could not only meet the requirements of 1213 working face support,but also the working resistance could be fully utilized.
