摘要
针对西山煤电马兰煤矿采煤机自动化控制水平较低问题,通过对综采工作面采煤机切割煤岩分析研究,采用物联网逻辑判断控制技术,实现了自动定位定姿、自动记忆割煤、自动调节采煤机牵引速度和自动调高滚筒的目的。实践表明,物联网自动化控制技术降低了采煤机故障率,提高了矿井生产效率。
In view of the low level of automation control of coal mining machine in Xilan coal-fired Malan Mine,the analysis and research of coal mining machine cutting in fully mechanized mining face was conducted,and the logic control technology was adopted to realize automatic positioning,cutting memory,adjust the shearing speed of the shearer and drum.Practice showed that the internet of things automation control technology reduced the failure rate of the shearer and improved the mine production efficiency.
