摘要
西山煤电马兰矿对井下无轨胶轮车运行的实时具体位置掌握存在一些不足,为了准确判定无轨胶轮车在井下的确切位置以及结构温度状况,参考交通车辆定位原理设计了定位系统,选择铂电阻作为温度检测元件,优化了检测温度电路,经过误差评估最终确定了无轨胶轮车结构件的适宜温度。通过对矿用无轨胶轮车定位和温度检测系统的研究,为了井下无轨胶轮车安全、稳定运行提供技术保障。
In order to accurately determine the precise location and structure temperature of trackless rubber-tyred vehicle,the positioning system was designed according to the positioning principle of traffic vehicle.platinum resistance was selected as the temperature detection element,and the temperature detection circuit was optimized.After error evaluation,the appropriate temperature of trackless rubber-tyred vehicle structural parts was finally determined.The research of the positioning and temperature detection system of the machine,ensured the safe and stable operation of the underground trackless rubber-tyred vehicle.
