摘要 以河北黄骅地区特有的多种生物质为原料,制成生物质颗粒,按照国标的要求,分析了不同生物质颗粒的密度、机械强度、含水量、燃烧热值、挥发分含量、灰分含量、灰分成分等特性指标;测定结果表明:生物质颗粒的密度在1.1~1.3 g/cm3之间,燃烧热值在3500~5 000 cal/g之间,折合标准煤当量0.50~0.71,挥发分含量为41.5%~45.3%之间,灰分含量为0.8%~4.2%之间;其中,黄花松等松木的热值高,灰分含量低,灰分中硅含量较高,灰较松散;枣核等农产品下脚料热值、灰分含量居中,灰分中碱金属含量高,存在部分结渣现象;芦苇等野生植物热值较低、灰分含量高,灰分中硅酸盐、碱金属盐含量都高,灰渣呈琉璃状。 A variety of biomass materials unique to the Huanghua area of Hebei Province are used as raw materials to make biomass particles.According to the requirements of the national standard,the density,mechanical strength,water content,calorific value,volatile content,ash content and components of different biomass particles were analyzed.The results show that the density of biomass particles is between 1.1 and 1.3 g/cm^3,the calorific value of combustion is between 3 500~5 000 cal/g,which is equivalent to 0.50~0.71 of the standard coal equivalent,and the volatile content is between 41.5% and 45.3%,ash content is between 0.8% and 4.2%.Among them,the heat value of pine trees such as Huanghuasong is high,the ash content is low,and the silicon content is high and the ash is loose.The calorific value and ash content of agricultural products such as jujube core are centered,and the alkali metal content is high,and there are some slag forming phenomena.The heat value of wild plants such as reeds is low,the ash content is high,and the content of silicate and alkali metal salts in ash is high,and the ash residue is glassy.
