纳米磁性有机凹土对甲基橙废水的吸附机理研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过制备有机磁性凹土吸附剂来进行对甲基橙废水的吸附处理研究。利用γ-Fe3O4及溴代十六烷基吡啶(CPB)协同制备磁性有机凹土吸附剂。结合热力学及动力学的计算,进一步研究了凹土的再生方法,探讨了有机磁性凹土该类吸附剂的吸附机理。实验结果表明,制作的纳米磁性有机改性凹土克服了普通有机改性凹土沉淀回收分离困难的缺点,达到了节约成本和时间的效果,并解决了吸附剂分离回收和再利用的难题;制备的纳米磁性有机改性凹土具有较强的吸附脱色能力,有良好的吸附容量,广泛应用于废水的处理。 The magnetic organic attapulgite are synthesized by magneticγ-Fe3O4 and cetylpyridinium bromide(CPB)in a synergistic manner to overcome the shortcomings of simple organic modification and solve the problems of separation and recycling.The prepared adsorbent was used for the adsorption separation of the active printing and dyeing wastewater simulated by methyl orange,combined with thermodynamic and kinetic calculations to study its adsorption mechanism and its regeneration by using various methods.The experimental results show that the prepared nano-magnetic organic modified attapulgite overcomes the defect of difficulty in precipitation recovery and separation of common organic modified attapulgite,achieves the effect of saving cost and time,and solves the problem of separation,recovery and reuse of adsorbent.The prepared nano-magnetic organic modified attapulgite has strong adsorption decolorization capability and good adsorption capacity,and it has a wide application in wastewater treatment.
