摘要
根据工艺流程和设备配置,分析天然气门站的超压原因,计算各种超压工况下系统安全泄放量及配置的安全阀口径,探讨了放空总管设计流量的确定原则,以及放空总管直径计算方法。
According to the process flow diagram and equipment list,the causes of overpressure in natural gas gate station were analyzed,the vent flowrate and pressure safety valve size of the system under various overpressure conditions were calculated,and the design flow rate and size of the vent manifold discussed.
