我院2009年～2018年国家自然科学基金资助情况分析及探讨

Grants from the National Natural Science Foundation of China in a tertiary hospital from 2009 to 2018

目的分析我院2009年~2018年国家自然科学基金资助情况,为医院转型发展提供参考。方法对我院2009年~2018年国家自然科学基金资助类型和数量、资助金额、学科分布、学位、年龄结构和职称等进行分析。结果在10年间,资助数量以及资助金额总体呈上升趋势,资助类型以面上和青年为主;资助学科以血液病学、麻醉学、肿瘤学为主;课题负责人年龄结构较为合理,以青年为主,拥有博士学位及高级职称的课题负责人占比较大。结论今后我院要大力实施人才学科发展战略,使我院在国家自然科学基金资助方面取得更大进步。

Objective To analyze the data on the grants from the National Natural Science Foundation of China in our hospital from 2009 to 2018 to provide references in the transformation and development of our hospital. Methods The type and number of projects granted, funding amount, discipline distribution, and academic degree, age range, and professional titles of the principal investigators(PIs) from 2009 to 2018 were analyzed. Results The number of grants and the funding amount have been increasing over the past decade in our hospital. The main types of the grants were general programs and programs for young scientists. Hematology,anesthesiology, and oncology were the most funded disciplines. The age structure of PIs was reasonable, and PIs were mainly young scientists. The proportions of PIs with doctoral degrees and senior professional titles were high. Conclusion Strategies facilitating talent-discipline development should be vigorously implemented to achieve further progress in project applications and supports from the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
